Brian Hogan recently talked about having to find an eye surgeon for his baby daughter. He explained how they didn't look at the doctors who had been doctors for 20 years.
“I looked for the doctors who had performed the most successful surgeries.”
Experience isn’t just elapsed time. It’s certainly not doing the same thing with no improvement 10 times in a row.
Experience for me is valuable when it goes beyond time and activity and includes improvement and achievement.
