“Finishing is the critical part of any project. If we can’t finish, all our work is for nothing" - Steven Pressfield

I’m currently involved in a massive program of work and the last week or two have been particularly stressful because we’ve started going live. We have begun “cutting over” (as some people would say) to new infrastructure.

Does the old infrastructure need to be upgraded, refreshed and optimized? Absolutely! Is it going to be easy? Absolutely not! But building a business that scales and helping your clients perform better everyday makes it worth it.
